JUST A FEW THINGS...

1.) PLEASE DOUBLE CHECK everything on the email, and make sure that the the name and address is correct if we're shipping it directly to your recipient.

2.) IF YOU WROTE A CUSTOM NOTE make sure it's correct, or if you forgot or wish to make changes, email us so we can make sure to include it in your box.

3.) We will ship your box within 3-5 days (unless you chose the rush option) and we will send you an email with the tracking number when it's on the way.

4.) Did you select the "Pay by Cash App" Option?

Your order will not begin processing until payment is received. Please reference your name, the recipient's name, or the order number on the transaction so we can match it to your order.
