Do you ship internationally?

Not yet. Right now, we only ship within the U.S.

Do you offer refunds?

All sales are final.

We offer honesty, humor, and high-quality curation, but not refunds. These are handcrafted, custom-labeled boxes made for very specific emotional moments. All sales are final. If your ex gets mad, we consider that a bonus.

How long does it take to ship?

Boxes are usually arrive within 3–6 business days. You’ll get tracking info as soon as it’s on the way. We don’t rush perfection, but we don’t drag our feet either.
